In groups, determine which stimulus-response reactions are internal and external. Provide students with a transparency and marker, or chart paper to make a T-chart. Sensitivity is the ability of a living thing to detect changes that take place both outside and inside of its body. These changes are called stimuli and the reactions to them are called responses.
